Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read carefully before submitting a request.

Return eligibility

Items must be in 100% original condition – new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. You must include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be requested within 14 business days of receiving your order.
Please note: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return an item

To request a return or exchange, complete our returns form within 14 days of receiving your order. Once reviewed, we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior approval will be refused and returned at your expense. In-store drop-off (Nicosia only) If you’re local, you’re welcome to bring your return to the store, but you must still submit the form first.

International returns (Outside the EU)

The same 14-day window applies. Please also note:

  • Items must be declared properly to customs.
  • Any duties or fees from undeclared returns will be deducted from your refund.
  • Packages held at customs due to unpaid fees will not be handled by Spike and will be returned at your cost.
  • Only FedEx is accepted for international returns outside the EU.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order for the item you want. In-house vouchers can also be used as credit toward a new purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please allow your bank or card provider additional time to process the refund on their end.

If more than 20 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@spike.com.cy.

Received a damaged item?

Email us at info@spike.com.cy as soon as possible and include photos of the defect and your order number if purchased online.

If a replacement is available, we’ll send one along with a return label. If not, you’ll receive a refund or store credit.

Shipping & Return Costs

Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
