Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read carefully before submitting a request.
Return Eligibility
Spike only accepts returns for items in 100% original condition – new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached. You must include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns must be requested within 14 business days of receiving your order.
Sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned.
How to return an item
To request a return or exchange, please complete this form within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll receive instructions on how to proceed once we’ve reviewed your request.
Returns sent without prior approval will be refused and returned at your expense.
If you’re in Nicosia, you may bring your return to the store, but you must still follow the steps above.
Returns from Outside the EU
If you’re returning from outside the EU, the same 14-day timeline applies, but please note:
Items must be declared properly to customs.
Any duties or fees from undeclared returns will be deducted from your refund.
Packages held at customs due to unpaid fees will not be handled by Spike and will be returned at your cost.
Only FedEx is accepted for international returns outside the EU.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order for the desired product. In-house vouchers can also be used as credit toward new purchases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process the refund.

Received a Damaged Item?
Please contact us at: info@spike.com.cy or fill out this form as soon as possible, providing photos of the defect.
If available, we’ll send a replacement and a return label. If a replacement isn’t possible, you’ll be refunded or credited.
