We do ship worldwide, however, there might be certain restrictions to specific countries.

Confirmation emails are usually sent within one hour of placing your order. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it hasn’t arrived.

If you entered the wrong email at checkout, please email us at Info@spike.com.cy with your full name and order number so we can update your details and resend your confirmation.

Yes, you can return your online order at our physical store. Please get in touch with us beforehand and make sure the return follows our guidelines. For full details, visit our Refunds & Returns page.

Our shop can get quite busy, so we may not always be able to answer the phone right away. If your enquiry is urgent, please email us at info@spike.com.cy and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, adding an item to your cart doesn’t reserve it. If it sold out before you completed your purchase, it means someone else checked out first. We recommend checking back in case it’s restocked!

If you’re after a specific style or size that isn’t listed online, feel free to email us at info@spike.com.cy. We’ll be happy to check availability or let you know if we expect it back in stock.

We don’t offer payments via Shop Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, Sezzle, or Affirm. However, we do offer an in-store layaway option. A 25% deposit is required to hold an item. If the balance isn’t paid within 4 weeks, the deposit will be forfeited, and the item will be made available for sale again.
